Fragrances

We have a 14-day return policy starting from the date of purchase for all our fragrances. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund less shipping, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging and contents unmodified.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can ship the item directly to our return address which will be available upon a return request. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. Tracking and signature acknowledgement is mandatory as part of the shipment return. 

If you try to return a fake product that wasn’t purchased on our website, we will know and on receipt of the product, will initiate any necessary legal action if we find the returned product was not purchased from geminimaison.com. For any questions please contact our return department below.
